Player Registration Forms

For the player registration forms, we will collect personal information such as name, age, dietary information, accommodation preferences and contact information. This information is collected to organize the game, to communicate to the players and to ensure the players’ safety and well-being.

We only collect data directly from the interested participants, and will not use any data from secondary sources. The data will be stored only for the duration of the organizing of the games and will be deleted at the latest 2 months after the game.

We will store the information with care in data handling and security, including processes on data storage and transportation. Data will be handled in Google Cloud services and may be transferred outside the EU/ETA area.

Any participant can at any time request information on the data stored of them, and request the removal of any said data. However, as the data is needed for player casting, requesting the removal of personal data may prevent a player from being cast (or participating) in the game. This information will only be handled by the organizational team and will not be shared.
